Hi! My name is Mar and I have been working in the kitchen for almost 2 decades. Growing up, my hobbies were playing video games, watching all types of animated series and of course, eating.

In the past couple years, food in games and animation have become quite enticing with its appearance and description.  Due to this, my curiosity as a chef has driven me to recreate these dishes in real life.  Follow me as I reproduce these dishes using techniques, equipment and passion that I have accumulated over the years in a professional kitchen.

I do this because it's FUN and I’m passionate about cooking.  I take pride in being able to see a dish, visualize it in my head and be able to recreate it in my own way.  I’m simply taking passions, skills and hobbies that have grown over the years, such as watching animated shows, playing video games, cooking and combining them all into one. 

 My goal is to educate my audience and show them that cooking is easy.  Through my YouTube channel and blogs, I take my audience through a step by step process through each dish and show them the techniques and equipment I use to achieve the final product.
